Coventry Rugby's Regional Academy is proud to announce three summer camp programmes for 2026, designed to accelerate the development of aspiring young players across the region. Delivered by Academy staff and expert guest coaches, this summer's camps cover everything from skills and fitness to elite high-performance training - with something on offer for both male and female players.

Girls' Performance Masterclass | 31st July 2026 Moreton Morrell College, South Warwickshire | U13–U16 | 09:00–15:00
A standout opportunity for female players across the region, this one-day masterclass is built around high-quality skills coaching, elite rugby insight, and an environment designed specifically with female player development in mind. Players will also benefit from performance lifestyle guidance alongside first-hand professional experience from Scotland international Caity Mattinson, who brings 43 international caps to the coaching environment. Further professional female guest coaches will be announced in due course.
Boys' Performance Camp | 10th & 11th August 2026 St Regis Church of England School, Wolverhampton | U14–U15 | 09:00–15:00 each day
This two-day intensive programme is aimed at players entering Years 9 and 10 in September who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Delivered entirely by Coventry Rugby Academy staff, the camp focuses on skill development, athletic performance, rugby fundamentals and game understanding - all structured to help aspirational players maximise their potential over the course of the season ahead.
Elite Academy Camp | 18th–21st August 2026 Princethorpe College | U13–U16 | 08:30–16:00 daily
The flagship programme of the summer. This four-day high-performance camp is open to players entering Years 8–11 in September and is led exclusively by Coventry Rugby Academy staff. Participants will develop technical, tactical, physical and personal skills in a professional training environment, while gaining unique insight from Coventry Rugby senior players and coaches through specialist workshops, Q&A sessions and on-field interaction - ideal preparation for the 2026/27 season.
As an added bonus, every player will receive two complimentary tickets to Coventry Rugby's U23 fixture on Saturday 22nd August, featuring Ampthill Rugby and Cambridge Rugby.
