Based at the Nick Newbold Stadium, the full-time permanent role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving performance standards and supporting tactical decision-making within an ambitious and progressive environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Coventry Rugby’s coaching staff and players, delivering high-quality analysis before, during and after matches, while also leading analysis support across training sessions and opposition preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering detailed video and data analysis to support coaches and players

  • Producing comprehensive opposition reports and tactical presentations

  • Capturing and coding training footage to support continuous improvement

  • Managing analysis software, hardware and databases

  • Contributing tactical insight to preview and review meetings

  • Supporting innovation and development across the club’s analysis programme

Coventry Rugby is looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with experience working in elite rugby or professional sport, alongside strong technical expertise in performance analysis tools such as Hudl Sportscode/Studio, Tableau or Power BI, Excel and video editing software.

The club is also seeking someone who can communicate insights clearly, work effectively under pressure and build strong relationships across the playing and coaching group.

The role will begin on 1 July 2026, with applications closing on 30 May 2026.
