Coventry Rugby is seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Analyst to join its Rugby Department. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering high-quality analysis, raising performance standards across the programme, and supporting key tactical decision-making.
Working within an ambitious and progressive environment, you will use your insight and expertise to help drive player development and overall team performance.
The ideal candidate will combine strong tactical knowledge with advanced technical skills and the ability to communicate analysis effectively to both coaches and players.

ACADEMY INTERNSHIP ROLES
Sports Therapist / Sports Rehabilitator / Physiotherapist – first team Internship
Coventry Rugby are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate / Student Sports Therapist to support the Senior Squad throughout the 2026/27 season.
Working alongside the senior medical and performance staff, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across training and match days, assisting with assessment, rehabilitation, strapping, soft tissue treatment, injury prevention, and match-day medical support for both senior and academy players.
This is an excellent development opportunity for recent graduates, second-year sandwich placement students, or third-year students looking to gain experience alongside their studies.
