Coventry Rugby Club / Nick Newbold Stadium is seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of our stadium and associated facilities. The role ensures that all stadium, hospitality, conference, event, and rugby facilities are maintained to the highest standards, supporting both matchdays and a wide range of non-matchday events, conferences, functions, and community activities. This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.

Working alongside the senior medical and performance staff, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across training and match days, assisting with assessment, rehabilitation, strapping, soft tissue treatment, injury prevention, and match-day medical support for both senior and academy players.
