Alex Rae's side will begin the new campaign with a trip to Rotherham Titans on Saturday 19 September (3pm) before returning to the Nick Newbold Stadium a week later to host Cornish Pirates on Saturday 26 September (3pm) in the club's first home fixture of the season.

October features a pair of Friday night fixtures, with Coventry travelling to Nottingham on Friday 2 October (7.45pm)before welcoming Blackheath to the Nick Newbold Stadium on Friday 9 October (7.45pm). The Blue-and-Whites then head to Doncaster Knights on Saturday 17 October (3pm) before rounding off the month at home to Ampthill on Saturday 31 October (1pm).

November begins with a trip to Caldy on Saturday 7 November (1pm), before Coventry travel to Ealing Trailfinders on Sunday 15 November (2pm). Worcester Warriors are then the visitors to the Nick Newbold Stadium on Saturday 21 November (3pm) in the final fixture before the December schedule begins.

The festive period opens with an away trip to Bedford Blues on Saturday 5 December (3pm) before Chinnor visit the Nick Newbold Stadium on Sunday 13 December (4pm). Coventry then travel to Richmond on Saturday 19 December (3pm) ahead of one of the highlights of the season, as Hartpury visit the Nick Newbold Stadium for a Boxing Day clash on Saturday 26 December (3pm).

The Blue-and-Whites begin 2027 with the return fixture at Hartpury on Saturday 2 January (3pm) before completing the opening block of confirmed fixtures with a home meeting against Bedford Blues on Saturday 23 January (3pm).
