Graham Re-Signs for 2026/27 Season

Coventry Rugby are delighted to confirm that Mackenzie Graham has re-signed with the club for the 2026/27 campaign.

Coventry Rugby are delighted to confirm that Mackenzie Graham has re-signed with the club for the 2026/27 campaign.

Graham will continue in blue and white after a strong first full season at the Nick Newbold Stadium, having initially impressed during a successful loan spell from Bath Rugby in the latter stages of the 2024/25 season before making the move permanent ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Since joining Coventry, the versatile back has made 26 appearances and scored three tries, establishing himself as an important member of the squad. Renowned for his attacking instincts and ability to create opportunities, Graham's pace and flair have made him a constant threat with ball in hand.

The 2025/26 season saw Graham continue to develop his all-round game, adding greater physicality and consistency to his natural attacking talents as Coventry enjoyed a strong finish to the campaign.

Speaking after agreeing his new deal, Graham expressed his excitement for what lies ahead.

“We finished the season strong and I’m looking forward to seeing what this group can achieve next season.”

Head Coach Alex Rae believes the 22-year-old has taken significant strides in recent months and expects further progress in the years ahead.

“Mackenzie had a really strong finish to the season. He’s always had the X-factor, which is his point of difference, but he added physicality alongside that, which was great to see.

“I’m sure he’ll take confidence from that and continue to push on.”

Graham's re-signing is another positive step as Coventry continue to build continuity within the squad ahead of the 2026/27 season, retaining a player whose best rugby may still be ahead of him.
