The versatile fly-half and centre arrives at the Nick Newbold Stadium with a wealth of experience from across the professional game, bringing proven Champ pedigree, attacking quality and international honours to Alex Rae’s squad.
Standing at 6'3" and weighing 98kg, Houston is capable of operating at both fly-half and inside centre, offering valuable flexibility and game management to Coventry’s backline. The 26-year-old began his rugby journey with Randalstown RFC before progressing through the Ulster Rugby pathway. He later represented Heriot’s Rugby and Edinburgh Rugby before building an impressive Champ career with Ealing Trailfinders and Cornish Pirates, most recently playing for USBPA Rugby.
Houston arrives in Coventry with an impressive record in the Champ, having amassed 238 points and made 50 appearances for Cornish Pirates. He has also earned professional appearances for Ulster Rugby and recently achieved international recognition, earning his first cap for Zimbabwe.
Head Coach Alex Rae believes Houston's experience and enthusiasm will make him an excellent addition to the squad.

Houston is eager to get started in blue and white and was impressed by the club's ambition and direction.
