Coventry Rugby vs British Army A on Tuesday January 29

On Tuesday January 29 our development squad host the British Army ‘A’ team (7.30pm kick off). This is the first of four big tests for the development squad before the end of the season, and their head coach Ross Stewart stressed the importance of these fixtures: “These games will allow the club’s promising younger players to build experience in a blue-and-white shirt without jeopardising their wider development and loan involvement with National League clubs.” Alongside a host of emerging talent, the game will also see new signing and Samoan international Donald Brighouse make his Coventry Rugby debut. In addition to what promises to be a great contest, director of rugby Rowland Winter and his coaching team will be taking part in a pre-match Q&A in the Jon Sharp bar. So, if you want to grill Rowland, Nick Walshe or Louis Deacon don’t miss your chance next Tuesday.

The Q&A starts at 6pm with the game kicking off at 7:30pm.
