Coventry Rugby lift prestigious sports award

Coventry lifted the club-of-the-year award at the 2018 Coventry & Warwickshire Sports Awards this week.

At a glitzy Ricoh Arena ceremony, which fittingly was bedecked in blue-and-white, chairman Jon Sharp plus Rowland Winter, the coaching team, Phil Boulton and team manager Tony Gulliver, accepted the award on stage.

Cov also finished as runners-up in the team-of-the-year award, as did Rowland Winter in the coach-of-the-year.
