New Casual Staff Wanted

We are looking for Casual, Match Day staff to support us in the smooth running of Coventry Rugby’s Match Days.

All of our Match Day Staff will support Coventry Rugby with providing our supporters with a Match Day experience that they will remember. All staff will provide an outstanding service, making sure that any issues or complaints are handed to a Supervisor/Manager. Our Casual Roles are perfect for students or someone looking to earn some extra money alongside another job. 

We are looking for: 

Casual Match Day Assistants (16+) Duties include:

• Selling Tickets to supporters
• Serving food on our Match Day BBQ
• Collecting and washing glasses
• Making sure Butts Park is clean and tidy
• Helping Coventry Rugby deliver an exceptional Match Day experience

Casual Match Day Bar Staff (18+) Duties include:

• Serving and pouring beverages
• Using challenge 25 to ensure we comply with Licence regulations
• Taking card payments for drink orders using our till system
• Ensuring the bars and serving areas are clean and tidy
• Helping Coventry Rugby deliver an exceptional Match Day experience

Casual Match Day Hospitality Staff (18+) Duties include:

• Serving and pouring beverages
• Taking orders and delivering drinks to your designated tables
• Using challenge 25 to ensure we comply with Licence regulations
• Taking card payments for drink orders using our till system
• Ensuring the bars and serving areas are clean and tidy
• Helping Coventry Rugby deliver an exceptional Match Day experience

Coventry Rugby pays an hourly wage, plus hourly holiday pay. We can guarantee a minimum of 14 home games with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts at other events. Experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Coventry Rugby will provide a work shirt and a drink while on shift. A discount will be available if you wish to purchase food.
